Hi again Pearl! :-) yep, cfo stamp is required. all u need to do is to attend a seminar at one of their branches, there's one in Cebu and Manila. then they'll give u certificate w/c u wud need to show to get a stamp for ur visa sumwer in Quezon ave. in Manila.
